The Preceptorship Course is a one-day intensive program designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to serve as effective clinical preceptors. The course will cover principles of adult learning, communication strategies, assessment of learning and personality styles, motivational strategies, and feedback techniques. Organized by the Riyadh Second Health Cluster and held at the King Fahad Medical City (KFMC), Faculty of Medicine.
