This upcoming medical course, titled “The 8th Benign Vulvar Vaginal Disorders,” is being organized by the Dr. Afaf Felemban Academy, and is scheduled to take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, 6 December 2025. The course aims to provide a comprehensive update on the anatomy, pathophysiology, evaluation, management, and prevention of common benign vulvar and vaginal conditions. Through a combination of lectures and clinical approaches, participants will learn evidence-based strategies for preventing, diagnosing, and treating these frequently encountered disorders.

Targeted primarily at healthcare professionals in women’s health, the course is led by distinguished course directors — Dr. Fatma Alshangiti and Dr. Fatma Noorwali. Attendees will gain practical skills to screen and counsel patients, recognize less common vulvar-vaginal disorders, and understand how systemic conditions can present with local vulvar symptoms. The program also emphasizes preventive care and patient education, equipping clinicians to reduce the risk of recurrent or chronic vulvar pathology in their practice.
