Conference Overview

The 1st Aseer International Pediatric Emergency Conference focuses on advancing pediatric emergency medicine.

Objectives:

 Identify common and vision threatening ocular emergencies encountered in pediatric emergency medicine.

Recognize key clinical red flags in children presenting with eye complaints that require urgent ophthalmologic intervention.

 Perform a focused and systematic emergency assessment of the pediatric eye, including history taking and bedside examination.

Differentiate benign ocular conditions from time-sensitive emergencies based on clinical presentation.
