Workshop Objectives
- Perform advanced triage and identify patients who must not return to the waiting area.
- Detect occult deterioration and activate appropriate time-critical pathways.
- Support advanced airway, ventilation, circulation and haemorrhage interventions safely.
- Recognise high-risk ECG, blood gas, lactate and shock patterns.
- Manage medication, transfusion, documentation and handover risks during resuscitation.
- Lead nursing actions using role allocation, closed-loop communication and structured debriefing.
- Apply emergency preparedness principles to crowding and multi-casualty incidents.
